Short, because we collect little.

When you enquire about a school

We take your name, email address and anything else you choose to put in the form, and we pass it to that school so they can reply. We keep a copy so the school can see its enquiries in one place. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to any other school or to advertisers.

What we log

To stop automated abuse of the enquiry form we store a one-way hash of the sending IP address, never the address itself. It cannot be reversed and it is not used to build a profile of you.

School information

Information about schools as organisations comes from public registers and open data, and is published on the basis of legitimate interest. We publish role contact addresses only, never the personal contact details of named staff.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Schools can ask for a listing to be removed. Get in touch and we will action it.
